The "Dome Restaurant" on the top floor is the oldest Western restaurant in Tainan, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It has been a designated gathering place for many entrepreneurs, artists, athletes, and celebrities since its opening. Through wooden structures, arches, and red velvet chairs, "BenShi Space Production" has created VIP booths resembling those in opera house stages or luxurious European trains. Coupled with high-quality ambient lighting, it recreates the European fashionable feel popular in Taiwan's social circles in the 1980s. The largest private dining room in the Dome Restaurant can accommodate up to 20 people. Located on the top floor, it overlooks Chihkan Tower and offers an excellent view, making it suitable for company dinners or private gatherings with friends. Whether it’s for breakfast for hotel guests, or for a reserved lunch or dinner, meals include a main course accompanied by more than 30 buffet items such as appetizers, salads, soups, hot dishes, desserts, and fruits.

The "Provintia’s Signature: Nine-square Grid Breakfast" has three options: Taiwanese mackerel congee, Japanese salmon roe rice, or Western oatmeal porridge. Lunch and dinner chef recommendations include signature German pork knuckle, duck leg confit, lamb chops with crushed pistachios, and surf & turf featuring beef fillet and lobster.
