Provintia has been situated in the heart of the old city district of Tainan since 1985 and is the only self-branded design hotel in the northern area of Tainan with a bird’s-eye view of Chihkan Tower. Designed by "Ben Shi Spatial Productions," it has evolved from a legendary hotel that witnessed the history and cultural shifts of Tainan, to a modern landmark leading the neo-retro wave and blending Taiwanese and European styles.

The guest room floors at Provintia range from the 5th to the 12th floor, offering 90 rooms in five types (Energetic, Standard, Relaxed, Deluxe, Suite). These rooms feature dark wood accented with antique copper and elegant wicker. The headboards extend the dark wood theme, complemented by small tiles and a copper reading lamp. A warm mix of brown, teal, and antique copper creates a gentlemanly ambiance. Guests can bring their favorite vinyl records to play on the in-room turntable, experiencing aural memories that span generations. Each room features a separate wet and dry bathroom area, fully automated bidet toilets, European-imported bath amenities, terrazzo flooring, and dark green marble countertops, exuding a neutral and textured grooming space. North American-imported SPF wooden bed frames and ergonomically enhanced spring mattresses are provided, along with two types of pillows of different firmness to ensure a good night's sleep for all guests.

The top-tier Provintia Suite on the 12th floor has hosted two heads of state and is the preferred choice for many entrepreneurs, academics, and celebrities. The 18-ping (approximately 596 square feet) suite is divided into a corridor, living room, corner bar, and floor-standing antique turntable. The bedroom offers expansive views, and guests can look out directly at Chihkan Tower while enjoying luxurious comfort.
The "Deluxe Room," approximately 10-ping in size, is the hotel's most popular room type and features an exclusive outdoor balcony. Guests can sit outside with a Tainan mosquito-repellent sachet and enjoy the relaxed and leisurely atmosphere of southern Taiwan with family and friends.

The "Relaxed Room," a 12-ping space, accommodates three to four people and is recommended for many parent-child bloggers. The "Standard Room," approximately 8-ping in size, is the first choice for many business travelers. After a day of work, returning to this room feels as relaxing and comfortable as coming home. Rooms 1108 and 1008 even offer complete views of Chihkan Tower. Located on the 8th floor, the "Energetic Room" features bunk bed designs that make cohabitation more fun and is especially popular among younger guests.
